Birthday Parties

Whether you are celebrating a Birthday, earning a Girls Scouts badge, or just wanting to have a fun time with your friends, a dance party is what you need.

Create your own theme and we will create a memorable dance for you. Enjoy 1.5 hours full of entertainment, dance and so much more.

Momentum School of Dance will provide a great space for you to enjoy the party.

After welcoming everyone into our studio, partygoers will enjoy a dance party warm up and stretch to a fun mix of their favorite music.

Then, it is on to our routine. Our staff will create a fun and exciting dance for the birthday dancer.

DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

Your party will then continue with a short break to have lunch/snacks, cake and opening presents.

After our break we will return to our dance to get ready for our show. Yes, a show! Our guests are invited to participate in a short showing of the birthday routine for family and friends.

Momentum School of Dance will decorate and set up the party, provide amazing and entertaining dance instruction and finish with the clean-up.

Momentum School of Dance does not provide any food, beverages, utensils, paper products (plates, napkins, cups) or goody bags. However, you are more than welcome to bring these items to your party if you would like!

Waivers
Momentum School of Dance requires ALL guests sign our waiver in order to participate in the party. All waivers must be signed for each participant BEFORE your party in order for them to participate.

I, as the parent or legal guardian of participants listed in this waiver, authorize my child’s participation in dance, tumbling, and other special activities at Momentum School of Dance, LLC. I hereby acknowledge that participation in dance, tumbling, other special activities and other athletic events involves a greater than normal risk of injury, and I agree to assume all risks in connection with my child's participation in such programs. As such, and in consideration of my child's participation with Momentum School of Dance, LLC, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Momentum School of Dance, LLC and any and all of its owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, contractors or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury including death, that may be sustained by my child, whether caused by the negligence of Momentum School of Dance, LLC Representatives, or otherwise while participating with Momentum School of Dance, LLC, or while in, or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted. Further, I hereby hold harmless and to indemnity Momentum School of Dance, LLC and Momentum School of Dance, LLC Representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of my child's participation with Momentum School of Dance, LLC. WARNING! CATASTROPHIC INJURY, PARALYSIS or EVEN DEATH CAN RESULT FROM THE IMPROPER CONDUCT OF DANCE, GYMNASTICS OR CHEERLEADING ACTIVITIES! I hereby authorize Momentum School of Dance, LLC and/or any appropriate medical facility to take whatever emergency measures (first aid, disaster evacuation, etc.) as judged necessary for the care and protection of my child while under supervision. To the extent my child's medical history is known by Momentum School of Dance, LLC Representatives, they are authorized to disclose protected health information of my child to the emergency responders to aid in treatment. In case of medical emergency, I understand that my child will be transported to an appropriate medical facility by the local emergency unit for treatment if the local emergency resources (police, first responders, rescue squad, ambulance, etc.) deem it necessary. The child will be transported at my expense. I understand that in some situations, the staff will need to contact the local emergency resource before the parent, child's physician, and/or other adult acting on the parent's behalf. I understand and agree that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred to treat my child's injuries. I hereby consent and authorize Momentum School of Dance, LLC to use photographs, and or other likeness of myself or my child or children for whom I have legal guardianship for any promotional materials regarding Momentum School of Dance, LLC parties, programs, facilities or services, including use on the Momentum School of Dance, LLC website, without any liability or obligation.
