Performance Teams
Momentum performance teams will be given many opportunities throughout the year to perform in shows, festivals and have an opportunity to compete in local and national dance competitions. Focused on the fun of performance, our Momentum dancers will be encouraged to dance with the "performance edge”. Performance Team dancers are dancers who are interested in an excelled level of dance, who are committed and dedicated to pursuing a more challenging style of dance, and who are interested in performing and competing multiple times during the year. Performance Team Classes will be an hour to an hour and a half in length.
All Dancers will be required to dance 3 - 4.5 hours per week and will have a set schedule (2 choreography classes and 2 technique classes). Classes are mandatory.
For dancers who wish to pursue dance past the 4.5 hour time commitment, Solos, Duets and Optional Small Teams will also be available.

New Dancers to the program & Returning Sparks Dancers: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Returning Team Momentum & Team Energy Dancers: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Required Classes:
In order to place on a performance team, dancers will need to register for the minimum required classes.
Each dancer must attend a minimum of:
New Dancers to the program & Sparks -Ages 6-10:

Returning Dancers- (Energy & Momentum)

Attire: Black leotard, black undergarments (if needed), black leggings. Hair must be secured in a bun.
Please bring half-ballet shoes each day.

Audition Time Slots
Each Audition will be held for 15 minutes. Dancers will be dismissed after their audition. Time Slots will open August 18th.
